Fermentation Workshop

Join us for a hands on fermentation workshop where we’ll explore the art and science of transforming everyday ingredients into powerful, gut nourishing foods. From sauerkraut and fire cider to kombucha and beyond, you’ll learn simple techniques to ferment vegetables and beverages at home. Together we’ll dive into why fermented foods are essential for gut health, how they support overall wellness, and why they’ve been a cornerstone of traditional diets for centuries.
